Therapy Intensive Pricing
Rates for Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy Intensives
Therapy intensives are offered as extended, focused sessions designed to support deeper work and meaningful progress in a shorter period of time. Pricing reflects the additional preparation, clinical time, and follow-up involved in this format.
Three-Hour Intensive for couples and adult families
$1250 per intensive
Includes:
1 hour preparation/consultation call
3 hour therapy intensive with breaks and light snacks
1 hour follow up meeting
Three-Hour Intensive for Individuals
$750 per intensive
30 minute preparation/consultation call
3 hour therapy intensive with breaks and light snacks
Payment is due at the time of scheduling to reserve your intensive. Because these sessions require dedicated time and preparation, intensives are not billed through insurance.
Additional details, including preparation, scheduling, and integration support, will be discussed during the consultation process.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Therapy intensives require significant advance planning and the reservation of extended clinical time for one or more participants.
Individual Intensives: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 5 days in advance. Requests made within 5 days will be charged the full fee.
Couples Intensives: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance. Requests made within 7 days will be charged the full fee.
Family Intensives: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance due to the coordination required among multiple participants. Requests made within this window will be charged the full fee.
If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While fees cannot be guaranteed to be waived, each situation will be approached with care and consideration.
